THE CHANCE TO WIN A DREAM HOME WHILE HELPING CHILDRENS CHARITIES;
How One Local Doctor is Making Dreams Come True
Dr. Gary M Weiss and the Florida-based non-profit organization Next Step® Institute of Integrative Medicine, Inc. have teamed up with six charitable organizations to help one lucky ticket holder win the home of his/her dreams, while supporting childrens charities from Vail to Haiti.
The Eagle Nest Raffle will launch Saturday, April 10th, 2010 and run through December 15, 2010 at 5 p.m. A drawing will be held on December 31st at 3 p.m. to determine the lucky winner.
Tickets are available for donations of $100 for a single ticket, $250 for three tickets, $500 for seven tickets, and $1000 for 15 tickets. ONLY 10,000 TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED, improving chances for winning.
The home being raffled is located in the Bluffs neighborhood in Eagle, Colorado. Built in 2008 and never lived in before, it was appraised at $475,000. The winner of the Raffle gain title to the Eagle Nest, free and clear of any liens or mortgages.
The home offers three bedrooms and two and a half baths, and more than 2200 square feet with an additional 1300 square feet of unfinished basement. The functional floor plan includes open kitchen and dining area, great room, convenient laundry room, and a bonus room over the attached two-car garage. Amenities include vaulted ceiling and fireplace in the great room, granite countertops, energy efficient appliances, solid wood doors and trim, covered front and back porches, Hardie board siding with cedar shingle finish, and super-insulation with dual forced air heat with a/c.
Dr. Gary M Weiss is a neurologist specializing in diseases and conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system, with offices located in Colorados Eagle, Summit, and Pitkin counties. A dynamic advocate for children and teens, the goal of the Eagle Nest Raffle is to support charities whose missions meet the needs of at-risk youth, and/or create or fund innovative programs for developing healthy habits in kids.
To this end, Dr. Weiss has chosen to team up with the Vail Valley Performing Arts Academy, the Eagle Valley Religious Foundation, the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACoA), Holy Name of Jesus, UNICEF (Haiti), and his own non-profit effort, Action for Children. With 100% of net proceeds supporting these organizations, ticket buyers can specify which charity they would like their proceeds to support.
The Eagle Nest Raffle website will go live Saturday, April 10th at www.eaglenestraffle.com. In addition to offering online ticket sales, the website will provide valuable information about the Eagle Nest Raffle home and location, rules and regulations, as well as frequently asked questions. Ticket purchasers can also learn more about Dr. Weiss, Next Step® Institute, as well as the participating charitable organizations.
